Saturday, April 25, 2009oh no!sorry for this mistake. the stayed back with fiona,candi,jinyi and wanjia thing happened on Wed..i finally rmb~ tuesday was having Napfa..hahahaha incline pull up-16 sit up-33 sit and reach-44 standing board jump-198 shuttle run-11 hahaha.i am actually not happy with it xia.! suppose to bit candi~ sigh~
